A Race of Giants...or a Spritual flaw?

The Heart of the Matter
by a true Believer

Good is a God of simplicity. It’s why He looked upon the lowliest of man with the greatest of sympathy. These lowly ones were in the most honest and simplest form of His creation of men, with a spiritual additude that He desired greater than any other. It is those who are fallen sons of God who complicate what God is in their desire to become like God according to what they want God to be.

But God is pure simplicity.

Look the eyes of a child who loves unconditionally and you will see what I mean. Listen to the purety of their innocent statements. Our own imaginations and complicated thoughts pertaining to God according to all that the world holds out as to what it wants God to be has destroyed this simplicity, this innocence, straining at gnats while swallowing a camel if you will. But all is vanity, and vanity of vanities.

To understand the simplicity of God, consider this, that the entire gospel and heart of God is contained in the first two chapters of Genesis. "What," you say? "How can that be?"

Yes, God’s perfect creation, man’s fall from grace, and God’s provision for him, are all contained in these two chapters. It is the whole heart of the matter. The rest of the book, until Jesus Christ is filled with the results of man’s rejection of God’s provision, as well as warnings as to what this rejection will ultimately lead to. It is filled with types, and anti-types, in all figurative, symbolic and plain understanding in order that anyone can discover its hidden truths all down through the ages. Nothing was left out that really matters but that it is all contained in simplicity for anyone to see, if it’s their desire to see. The same gospel of Salvation’s truth is also contained in the first chapter of Isaiah. It’s most basic form. The rest is a description of what results from the rejection of it. See this for yourself.

I have found through many experiences that it’s those who would like others to see them as something other than lowly and humble man, which they will do in an attempt to lead men off into directions that simplicity should prevent them from following. These will fit whatever complicated facts that they can find to their doctrines of men in order to pursue this goal. They will make things up, piece things together, ignore anything that disputes with them, and hang onto their belief even at the destruction of theirs, or anyone’s soul who continues to follow them.

In the days of Christ, Jesus often challenged the traditional interpretations and the minute rules that had been issued to guide the people in every area of their behavior. These rules were given for the purpose of controlling and manipulating the consciences of the people through fear so that some could be seen as godly above all others, while these others strained against the burdens imposed upon them. But, as Jesus pointed out, they were false teachings and missed the intent for which God provided their original meaning. It was perversion of the truth for the sake of recognition, respect and the desire to lord over others. It was to be like God. It was selfish in nature and never cared about those whom the burdens were placed upon. It was often the well to do, the aristocrats and the authorities who practiced outwardly what they led others believe was necessary in order to be godly according to their standards of godliness. At the same time they allowed others to fall under the yoke of oppression as these could neither afford the ritual purities, nor get out from under the bondage of oppression that caused them so much shame.

High moral, standards, outwardly displayed are for the rich and well to do, because these are not faced with the burdens of providing for the simple, basic, day to day necessities of life that consume the attentions of the poor. Their day is not filled with the misery of poverty. Their surroundings are designed to allow them to falsely think of themselves as better than those who struggle day to day. Their inheritance gives them the false impression that they are somehow, by birthright and privilege, more worthy than others to Lord over mankind. And by these things, they can manipulate others according to conscience, emotion and necessity. Theirs is too usurp the throne of God as fallen sons of God thrown down to the level plain of humanity.

Today we are in a different time as when these things were written, but the same principles hold true. These principles are what God gave us to guide us through the complications of the strong deceit from these fallen angels, and anyone who does not embrace the simplicity of His meanings, who are not lovers of these truths, can easily be led astray through the delusion of their own imaginations, often guided by the delusion of someone else’s imagination. They can easily lose heart, becoming discouraged, or even afraid. This brings them to ruin and provides a ready field for Satan, the devil.

The word of God was given to man for him to love, but also so that he could not be so easily led astray. It is the final authority to which we should all turn to find the answers we seek, if it is truly answers that we want. All too often though, people believe what they want to instead of what they should. God gives His way to success, and the world gives its way. It's the choice each must make. Freewill is always preserved.

All too often people reject the written word of God, claiming it is too hard to follow or understand. But that is because they have become so accustomed to everything being so complicated that they miss the simplicity of what is meant. All too often we put our intellect ahead of principles and confuse even the simplest of them.

And why not? This is what we've been taught from early childhood by the very individuals who say they love us. Their priorities become ours. You have to do this...you have to do that...if you want to be accepted...or a success...you must strive in this way. The whole world screams at you until you can hear no more.

Lately I have watched as people are blown about by every wind of doctrine. Someone fixates their attention on a particular subject, and through imaginations these things become real, and fact to the ones who are deceived by them. Whether of fear or no longer caring, all too often they forget the heart of God’s thought and what really matters to Him, which is to give us a simple understanding in what He desires, as well as show us what mistakes we can make in discovering His own heart. His soul purpose is to bless us according to Himself.

Instead many will say, “But what about me? How will it make me godlier? How will it get me that choice place in heaven? If it can't do this according to what the world offers, then I want nothing more from it."

Thought becomes about self and not about this wonderful God who created us. We’ll find this in the Word which from its beginnings is much more than simply a history. But rather, it explains the conditions we live in to this day. “I Am the same today, as I was yesterday and will be tomorrow. I change not. There is nothing new under the sun.”...and that includes the condition of man. We are a stubborn race.

This is the bases for understanding.
Christ also said, “The Kingdom of God is within you.”

If you were to read the Bible today, and heard of a people and a place called Israel, being carnal minded you would think of a people other than yourself, and a physical land as well as it's history. But what God is attempting to say is that He desires a people who will go to the heartland of their soul in a place called forever.

Those people are true Israel...and the land is the center of your own heart...the heartland within and the throne of God's kingdom within. It's a way of life that comes through individual truth about ones own self in relation to the perfection of Godliness as found in the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

The earth is the centralness of youself...and the heavens are your thoughts and the place where God can communicate with you through your meditations on Him and what He teaches. The world is anything outside of that realm. Truth is what truth must be within.

It’s not only that the external realities of nature are to witness and testify to internal truths, but that internal truths are to reveal the kingdom of God, in order that they become external realities in man. This most often requires a brutal honesty about our own selves. And this is to bring us into the same harmony with Him that all of nature enjoys.

What God’s word teaches is meant to bring us to the discovery of the internal truths that make up His kingdom within, for the purpose of Him revealing Himself without us by what is within us if we would only learn to discover it. That may sound more complicated than it really is.

But consider this…God is love…God is spirit and truth…not as man would have you believe, but as God’s personhood really is according to Himself. I Am that I Am. Truth, love, spirit, God Himself is determined by what He has determined He should be. And that this kingdom which Christ preached has always been at hand shows us that we only need to reach way down deep inside of ourselves to discover it. To peel away the layers of the worldly view, which is becoming more difficult as time goes by.

Here is one example:

Today there is much speculation and conjecture on a subject that pertains to “The Nephilim." It has become a subject that has caught the imagination and attention of many, and also a wind of doctrine that has drawn men and women away from the heart of the matter. It has been decided by some that it is an external truth; the Nephilim being a fallen race of angels who physically towered over man in physical form. They were 40 - 60 foot giants.

I would like to say that God’s word never described their height in any physical measure that we know. Anyone who attempts to lead men in this belief is a false teacher who perverts the pure thought which God intended for us to understand. And when it was for us to understand His word in terms of physical form, he was precise in giving to us the exact measurements and description thereof...i.e., the ark of Noah, the mesurements of the Kingdom as given to Ezekial, the height of Goliath, the physical description of the temple, etc.

No where in His word does He do this about the Nephilim other than to say they were ‘giants.’ And this is where the heart of the matter can be lost to imagination.

Language is something that can easily distort what the true meaning behind a simple principle was meant to show. God confounded our language at the destruction of the tower of Babel. But He did not confound His own language. His language was always a pure thought intended to demonstrate a pure truth for us to learn. So to understand this pure thought it is a mistake to only look at one word which attempts a translation of that thought according to our own understanding.

“Lean not unto your own understanding.”

All too easily a principle can become distorted by the focus of and usage of the wrong word, or a single word only.

It is now and has always been God’s desire for man to worship Him. But not as we desire that worship to be, or according to our own way. While He is a forgiving ,gracious, and merciful God, and can maybe even accept for a time our own ways of worship towards Him in order to prove their deficiency, I am certain that He would like us to love Him as He desires to be loved for the soul purpose of revealing Himself through that pure love. This was shown to us during Christ’s time when the system of religion in place was brought to its end. And all of His words put together are His thoughts as to how this should be done for His sake and our benefit according to the way He desires it to be. He showed us what is not, in order that we might see what is. The Old Testament is the “what is not” part mixed with "what is"…and the New Testament is the “what is” part revealed and very simply put.

So to lay out the thought God intended us to know from His word, and the short account of the ‘Nephilim,’ I will attempt to lay out the first foundation of this simple message. Sorry if it took me so long to get around to it. After all, this is about the Nephilim, a race of giants, is it not?

God desires pure worship. Very simple and basic. It is not His desire to complicate our lives as we find in the chaos or confusion of a faithless life; Babylon if you will. This same worship can encompass every fiber of our being and every aspect of our lives if we would find the simplicity that it is. God's is not to lay heavy burdens, but the world’s is. God's way is pure simplicity. The worlds way is chaos and confussion...or civilization ruled by greedy men if you will.

Civilization defined: A human society that has a complex cultural, political, and legal organization; an advanced state in social development.

How very different man's creation is as opposed to the simplicity of what God intended for us. The complexity of human civilization and the advanced state that we presume it to be has done far more to pervert the simplicity of merely being fruitful and multiplying than it has in promoting it. It has gone further to destroy mankind than it has gone towards uplifting him. We have traded God's creation for our own...eating daily from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

True worship is simply the desire and way of those who worship to imitate that which is worshipped and not how they desire it to be according to what the world has shown them. It is not in forms, or rites, or rituals, it is not in a programmed response from years of repitition. Instead it comes out of us as spontaneous and natural obediance to the commandments of God apart from the rigidness the world attempts to impose for the sake of control. It is not in the minute details and letter of the law, but is of the heart and mind according to what is shown to us by God to be godd and righteous, and then demonstrated by us out of love. It is voluntary in nature as only true love domonstrated can be. It is not coerced, or threatened upon. It is not bribed or gained through the use of fear.

Evidence this in the two, simple commandments God gave to Adam to simply ask that Adam demonstrate his loyalty, love and worship in return to the God who created him. There was nothing complicated.

“Don’t eat that.” And then God told Adam to "be fruitful and multiply' in that same respect. That…is the simplicity of God’s love. He asks only that we hear Him...and obey what He commands us to do...or not to do...out of demonstrated, spontanious, voluntary love in acknowledgement to Him and according to His design.

That is true worship at its best.

Case in point:

When I was young, I thought that the best way I could show my love to my family was to work all the time in order to provide them with what they wanted and needed. This was my idea of love as the world would have me believe. It fit the worldly view for the benefit of the worldly ruler.

They (my family) attempted many times to grab some of my valuable time, but my mind was set on what I thought I should do according to this worldly view. Now much time has slipped quickly by, I am old, and I began to see that I had little or no relationship with those who I said I love. They had grown up and I had missed out on much of the joy that goes along with being a part of this. I provided them with things and necessities, but there was a matter of the heart that was missing. My idea of love rejected their idea of how they desired that love to be shown. It did not take into consideration the personhood of these objects of my love. We had two different languages. Mine was external, and theirs was internal. Mine was a worldly, false religion of love, theirs was the simplicity of relationship. Theirs was God’s desire and mine was man’s attempt.

Time together and relationship is what they craved. There’s was a desire to give as much as it was to receive. I almost missed this valuable lesson. They desired to be taught the issues of life in order to know so they could apply them to their own, but I was always too busy for this, never remembering that it was this same exact thing I craved from my own father. And it’s this that we need to see as the purpose behind God’s written word, His heart, which is still working to this day to bring this principle back to our attention.

When Eve disobeyed God, eating from the tree which she was forbidden to eat, God related in His word the first example of false religion. He said, “No, this is not what I meant by love.” It was a selfish religion that was love of our own thoughts towards how to worship, how to love in return if you will. It was pleasing to the eye, good for food, and able to make one wise. It only benefited the desire of the one and seperated itself from the consciousness of the other.

But, it was all external and was meant only to benefit the one practicing it. It was selfish love that did not consider the object or person of anyone else’s love. It was false love, false worship, and false religion if you will. It was based on an individual desire that was not that of the One who desired to be loved. How often do we find this principle at work in rejecting those whom society deems unfit, relegating them to the fringes? It determines by itself what is good and evil towards that love, manipulated by the surrounding circumstances and is intended to replace God’s desire towards us with the desire for oneself.

"What in God’s name does this have to do with the ‘Nephilim’," you are now probably wondering?

And the answer is everything, for they are the beginning example example of what false religion was based on and what it produced, as was the account of Cain and Able, as were as all accounts up to Noah…and in between the calling out of Abraham.

But remember, as for the ‘Nephilim’, it is not simply a word such as “giants” that should be considered, but rather the pure thought intended by the account the word was written in.

In other words, it is not about the ‘Nephilim’, or about ‘giants’, but is about the thought that God was attempting to help us to understand. These race of people were only a small part of that thought in order to assist us in the understanding.

To see what this pure thought is intended to show, the pure Hebrew language must apply. This is the original language God chose in order to relate His account. Why, I'm not sure, but perhaps it was because of their ability to express what they really meant in their language.

The word “giants” is little more than an English translation that conjures up an image in our imagination that has been nurtured by the world in opposition to God’s pure thought. To focus on that conjured up word by itself attempts to rob us of the focus from what is intended. But no account given by God describes these “giants,”...their physical stature... in anyway. Wonder about this.

That all mankind descended from Adam, who was created by God and was in the image of God until his fall from grace tells us also that the daughters of man were also his descendants, and also descendants of Eve, created in the fallen image of Eve as opposed to the image God originally created. Both Adam and Eve were still children of God, but their fallen nature could only produce offspring in the image man had created for himself when he took it upon himself to eat of the fruit that would give him the ability to make his own choices towards good and evil. These daughters of man, like Eve, were in the image of false worshippers towards God. They were pagan in their practices. They were, figuratively speaking, the false religions of mankind adopted by the daugters of mankind, and whom the fallen sons of God saw as beautiful and whom they chose over God, just as Adam chose Eve over God.

Learn the differnces by carefully studying the two accounts of man's creation given in the book of Genesis. God created mankind and then He created man in His image. It was this mankind whom the sons of God (originally created in God's image) found the daughters of to be so beautiful. Rather than being fruitful with tham and multiplying them according to God's ways, their fallen nature produced an offspring of tyrrants who used their ability to choose good from evil to manipulate these according to what they chose...which was evil according to God.

The offspring of these fallen Sons of God produced offspring with these daughters of man, and also with these false religions, created for themselves a race of ‘giants’. But that is the English translation of a Hebrew word with a far different meaning than what our imaginations conjure up.

This word “giants” is used to replace the Hebrew word ‘nephil’ or ‘nephyl’ which is were the word ‘nephilim’ originated from…’nephilim’ also being the English variation of 'nephil.' Early versions of the scriptures, even in English, did not use the word “giants” but referred to them as “nephilim”. It’s only our more modern Bible versions that use this word “giants.” 'Nephilim' however was from the original language it was written in, which was Hebrew.

But what is the Hebrew translation for this word ‘nephyl?’

Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible defines ‘nephyl’ pronounced nef-eel’ properly as, a feller (one who has fallen, as from grace), i.e. a bully or tyrant; -- hence what was referred to in those days as having the spiritual stature of the figurative word “giant”. This is the Hebrew word used in Genesis 6: 4 in our modern translation.

This does not refer to a physical description, but a spiritual flaw. It’s this spiritual flaw that developed when the fallen sons of God took for themselves the wives of man and the false pagan religious practices they had. If their religious practices were what God desired, they would not be daughters of man, but daughters of God. So now you have fallen sons of God whose desire it was to be like God, intermarrying with the daughters of men who practice pagan religions. What a wild mix that must be!!! These produced the bullies and tyrants of the day…or, if you will, figuratively, ‘giants.’

A ‘bully’, as defined in Collins concise English Dictionary, is a person who hurts, persecutes, or intimidates weaker people in order to make him do something. This is done by demonstrating an outword moral superiority. A ‘tyrant’ is defined in the same dictionary as a person who governs oppressively, unjustly, arbitrarily (according to his own whims and not God's ways); a despot. We can certainly see these giants in the world today. And through this character flaw corruption and violence abound, not only at a high, government level, but even schoolyard bullies who terrorize gentle souls. From the head to the foot. This is what abounded in the days of Noah. The whole world became filled with violence and corruption.

There are other references to “giants’ in God’s word.

Numbers 13: 33 uses a different Hebrew word for the English word ‘giants’.

Here the word used is ‘gibbowr’ or gibb’or.’

This word has a similar meaning as ‘nephyr.’ In that instead of “giants” as we understand the word to be according to the imaginary Paul Bunyan image we were fed as children, the meaning is: powerful men, warriors, tyrants: i.e., men who are champions, chiefs (government leaders) that excel in greatness, mighty men, strong men, valiant men. Or so many are led to believe according to their high outward show of morality. And again, we see these men today. The heroes and supermen we we're led to believe we should admire as children. Only now they represent governments, powers and principalities sat upon by men who deceive themselves and others into believing that’s what they are. But the figurative word used to describe these men is “giants.”

I want to impress upon you one more time that nowhere does the word of God describe these men as having a physical stature such as those we in our imaginations might conjure up according to what the world would have us believe. 40 to 60 feet tall, Jack in the Beanstalk, Paul Bunion, or even Goliath, who was six cubits and a span…or roughly 9 feet tall…certainly a tall man, but not a race of men, or a man that was anything that could be considered a giant.

More than likely this Goliath was an anomaly of his day. He was the champion of the Phillistines. Not only that, but a height of nine feet would have made him cumbersomely slow and clumsy as with anyone today who attains to that height. Throw some scary armor on him…hand him a sword…and his name fits him well. He most certainly must have been an intimidating sight. However, as David proved, size doesn't matter to God, and this Goliath had the same weaknesses as any man in that he could die, be killed, perish. It only took one small stone to find the weakest point that could do the most damage.

Certainly 65 or even 40 foot men are a stretch of the imagination though. There is no physical evidence that someone like this ever existed despite what others would have you believe. There are no bones secreted away. For what purpose, given the nature of man, who would display as a sideshow something as freaky as this? They were not even demons as the world would have you conjure up this thought, but fallen sons of God, men, who took to themselves the false religious practices of the daughters of men, made them their own, and used them to elevate themselves as mighty men. In this, they allowed the wickedness of evil forces to enter their hearts.

All these things are an attempt to take our focus off of God and put them on man…even if it’s some kind of scary, imaginary, created thing. And as something repeated often enough, these things can be given their life according to our own thought when what has become ingrained through repetition…even if it’s false, becomes a reality of our nature. And in this find the true intent of the devil.

Picture this. A fallen son of God, with all the intellect, freewill and reasoning powers God allowed him to have, came into the false pagan religions practiced by the daughters of mankind by taking to themselves their daughters. They saw the ability to exploit the superstitions of these people because, as fallen sons, they desired what Satan hepled them to learn...which was that they could be worshipped as gods... and by this practice were able to gain power, renown, and greatness…the giants in those days of the world. Like Christopher Columbus and his party from Europe, or the Spanish conquistadors trying to portray themselves as gods to the Native Americans if you will. They used their special gifts of sophistication, intellect and reasoning for their own selfish purposes. They desired to be worshipped as gods and it was this reason why they were fallen from grace, or more accurately, thrown out of the garden and thrown down in the rebellion. Yet they refused, as Satan did, to bow down to mankind.

I also want you to consider this; that from the book of Genesis on is not just a history, but is also the beginning of what will be…it is a forecast of the future written in the past…as in “I change not.” To know what lies ahead, just look back upon what was. In eternity, time does not exist, as everything exists at the same time. This is the realm that God resides in and from where He inspired His word.

This is the heart of the matter about what God is trying to explain in His very simple word about “giants,” summed up in the last paragraph that starts with “picture this.”

Today, emperors and world leaders all claim support from the God most of humanity fears. They invoke their god in all their destruction, claiming him to be the same God of the humble. But that is only to give them legitimacy and expose our weakness as though God is a respecter of persons. Yet it is all of humanity that God supports…not just these privileged few. I am a foolish man…but God will use me to confound the wise and the prudent. So let me be a foolish man.

And why?

Because they want to play upon the superstitions that these people were led to believe by their very own religious leaders as to what might happen if they do not follow as obedient sheep the governments who support these very same religious leaders. It is the very same distorted truth, or lies if you will, that the ruling class in the days of Jesus were feeding to the people of Israel and the Judaic religion. They hardly ever teach that these same people are to follow God’s laws over man’s laws, or that Jesus Christ is Lord and not some tyrannical, despotic, bully, because they haven’t the courage to do so and yet men follow them straight to their destruction like sheep being led to the slaughter.

It is much easier for me to visualize in my mind what I am attempting to explain, so I hope I did not complicate the simplicity of God’s word too much. But if you simply follow within your own heart what God’s own people did, accoding to His standard way of living you have nothing to fear even in death.

And what did they follow?

God’s laws allowed them to abide in this world as the aliens they knew they were…but when man began to pass laws that were in opposition to God’s…they took a stand against them even at the expense of their own lives in defense of the very same people they were aliens among. The book of Danial clearly explains this by Danials refusal to follow the decree passed by Nebuchadnezzar which ended prayer and required everyone to bow down to the image he created.

These are the true sons and daughters of God today, and they defend mankind with the truth they were given, in both word and in practice, and not the way others decide for themselves.

“Shrubism,” is what is practiced by the giants of our time and is their attempt to manipulate us through a campaign of disinformation…even at the expense of using our own religion and whatever superstitious practices that religion may hold…because they themselves reject and even despise the simplicity of our true nature... a nature they are afraid to take upon themselves. They will reject anything that does not agree with the facts they want to present in order to pursue their agenda of forcing man to worship their way, even if those facts go against what they say they believe or what outward morality they may appear to project. Don’t be taken in by it. And don’t be deceived into thinking that because you’re not taken in by it, that there aren’t multitudes that are. It’s these who will one day cry out for salvation, and we need to be there for them when they do.

Ours, despite others willingness to see it, is a religion of truth. We are not the gullible daughters of men anymore and are not so easily deceived by their hocus-pocus even though they have not changed and still attempt to deceive us. But the ultimate deceit is when God's truth is ignored and men and women begin to look upon these men once as gods, believing they are where salvation will be found, by these giants, by these mighty men of old, these valiant warriors, when in truth they are little more than bullies who need to impress others to ignore the fact that they have been rejected by God and His kingdom…thrown down if you will…fallen from grace having no other recourse than to draw as many with them into hell as they can, while they still exist.

Many a playground bully will gather the stronger boys of weak character into loyalty with him in order that this one bully can stand behind his taskmasters to do his dirty work for him. And this is usually because he’s too afraid to act alone, or not be the manipulator, the deceiver. It’s this character we now find pervades much of this nation’s government, as with all worldly government administrations. But they are really just cowards who attempt to appear strong. Strip away all that they need to hold on to what they think they own…and then you will see the real face of fear.

I will be happy to discuss this at length with anyone once they absorb what I’ve related.

And I hope you won’t think I am attempting anything other than to guide you to what God’s pure word says, and not to me. Fear is a dangerous force, and is the favorite tool of the devil. But God does not give us a spirit that we should fear, only a spirit that should desire to know Him through the truth of His love. These giants today do not act as my God Jehovah and therefore are not worthy to follow.

Jesus Christ gave us two very simple and basic commandments: to Love God and to love each other, and then a commission to be fruitful and multiply…to spread this love. It is in effect the same commandments given to Adam before his fall. Whether we obey this these commandments or heed the words of Satan will determine our destiny and our eternity. And only in obeying them will we subdue the earth and have dominion over God's creation. It begins with each of one of us if we would only stop allowing the world to complicate it for us. This is Jehovah God's pure thought and our pure religion as He desires it to be. We need not be concerned with the faces of evil…but only the faces of love. God will deal with what is evil if we will only deal with what is love.

Watch out for those who attempt to present to you what is false…and what I have said here you can research yourself through the only authoritative word I know on the matter of truth. In practice I have not even gained this perfectly myself, but when I become confused or afraid, I find it good to return to the heart of the matter…but also to hear the whole matter.

Follow the example of the godly line that went about doing what they had to, who made the necessary preparations for what was to come, but as this was testimony enough, were also ridiculed, persecuted and even killed for it. Don’t expect any less. Put aside all pride, fear and thought for self…and hold onto only the hope that awaits you. Do not be deceived by any means.

Your friend,

The Righteous Soldier

“All these are the beginning of sorrows.” Matthew 24:8

I bow my head, knowing that I am as responsible as the next man, but must take my responsibility to myself.

Has humanity grown so tired of battling the hidden flaws within its own walls and upon its own shores that it must now turn its attention outward and engage in oppressive wars upon the boundaries of others?

We can do this individually, or collectively as a nation. It is by our own individual or collective choices that it has come to exist. This is the flaw of the religious, the self-righteous masses of those who presume. It is the same flaw that has given rise to the most evil empires that man has ever known.

Because we have all failed so miserably within our own selves, knowingly or unknowingly, we then presume our success can be found without as we wrongly presume we have individually, or collectively attained to something other than imperfection.

When will we learn that our successes are not determined by ourselves or according to ourselves, but that we can only take credit for our failures. We can only pursue these same failures in others as an instrument of evil, rather than face them squarely and individually as men and women within our own selves. Our biggest mistake is that we can confuse our recognition of failure with that of dealing directly with them ourselves. We see them in ourselves, so we attempt to rid them in others. This is hypocrisy.

If this is the tragedy I find within myself, how much more so the world? But do I turn first to the world in order to avoid dealing with it directly within my own self?

Perhaps in doing so, I am admitting to myself that I cannot even overcome these flaws in me by myself and need the rest of the world to see them too so that we can do this together, rather than alone. This is cowardice and comes from doubt. Change begins within. And if we fail in this, we have fallen into doubt, which is not of faith.

What else then is left but to pursue a course that will rip this flaw from our heart whether we like it or not? We hate in order to learn love. We destroy in order that we should build anew. We make war in order that all should desire peace. We do what we hate in order to learn what we should love.

Or... do we learn to love what we should learn to desire to hate? It’s this question each heart will have to give an answer to.

Perhaps this is what is meant by loving thy enemy, in order to understand that we are our own enemy within. Loving thy self. For how do we love our neighbor as thy self unless we first love thy self first, despite our flaws, understanding that the flaws of others, are our own flaws.

If the oppressed hate the oppressor, if the humble hate the arrogant, if love hates pride and fear, what course does each have except war in order that we should remove what is not desired within us so that we might find what is? Our only alternative is to deny that these exist...which is a lie?

But no matter whether we admit these things exist, or deny them, we can fully realize that hate abounds. When all become transformed, no one becomes transformed. Hate begets hate no matter the noble cause. See this first in yourslves.

If this then is to be our final battle, and its outcome belongs finally to all, then I march gratefully to our ultimate destruction, whether through wars of hate in order to discover love...or wars of love in order to discover hate...so that others who come after us may learn to live...and live more abundantly.

My life becomes the beneficiary of all life that proceeds me. And this is what all of God's creation testifies to. That which preceeds should minister to that which comes after. Amen.

This is the way of those who stand over the gates of hell, the righteousness of man, his glory, and tremble at its sight, crying out to be saved.

This also was Christ’s all. He attempted to expose in man his doubt, his fear, his pride, anger, jealousy, greed, corruption, hate, his weaknesses and infirmities, his blindness and deafness to himself; all the forces of evil known to exist within us, so that we might understand that it is these that destroy us, and why we go on destroying. He was even willing to endure all those destructive forces so that we might see them in ourselves. Can you now appreciate it.

In the end, what He taught us by example is that we should desire a better way and no longer deny that evil can and will, if allowed, exist within us all. But just as evil can exist, it can be overcome so that goodness too will have its place. The choice is ours and ours alone.

To sit back waiting for a miracle is only a slothful attitude towards what we need to accomplish, so that what is to be accomplished in us can be. Another miracle will not suffice if because though one died...and was raised from the dead is not enough...how much less will be another display of a miracle be enough to determine your mind.

This is your choice...what will it be?

The destructions of war exposes these things in men, despite their willingness to admit them outright from their beginnings. In essence, it is little more than pointing the finger at others, even at the end of a rifle. And when we have grown tired of trying to rid evil in others, when we each begin to see these destructive forces in ourselves by the blood we shed, ours or someone else’s, perhaps then we can throw this off for good, and learn what has been the desire of ages for us to understand. Freewill is always preserved...whether freewilling towards destruction...or freewilling towards salvation...only we, the people can decide.

What is your choice...and how will you embrace it?

I am that man of sin. This is the beginning of what will become the end. Admit it, or don't. It's your choice. But to admit it brings it to a quicker end and a new beginning despite what the proud will offer you. And they will offer you the world in order that they not see the same in themselves.

Do not buy that lie.

Pharisees and Saducees- Republicans and Democrates- Jew and Christian...none of it matters

The Pharisees and Saducees were two of the major sects or special-interest groups among the jews in the New Testament times.

What is a "sect?"...a definintion in order to understand.

Collins Concise English dictionary defines a sect as:

sect (sekt) n. 1. a subdivision of a larger religious group (esp. the Christian Church as a whole) the members of which have to some extent diverged from the rest by developing diviating beliefs, practices, etc. 2. often disparaging. a. a schismatic religious body. b. a religious group regarded as extreme or heretical. 3. A group of people with a common intertest, doctrine, etc.
This word is from the latin, secta, menaing 'faction,' and from sequi', meaning 'to follow.'
You decide how you would wish it to apply, but that the Pharisees and Saducees were two of the major 'sects' among the Jews in New Testament times.

These groups stood for different principles, but Jesus clashed with both parties at different times during His ministry. Why...in order to show their hypocracy and despite what they believed...Jesus attempted to show how very much like everyone else they were, despite what their doctrine showed them. This is the essence of false religion.

How many different parties do we have today that clash according to special interests for purely religious reasons? Let's name a few.

To begin: Protestant v. Catholic
Roman Catholic v. Eastern Orthodox Catholic
Roman Catholic v. Greek orthodox Catholic
Protestant Fundamental v. Evangelical
Epicopalian fundamental v. Evangelical
Episcopalian v. Lutheran
Lutheran v. Presbytarian
Presbytarian v. Methodist
Methodist V. Baptist...
Baptist v. whatever, and on, and on, and on, until the entire body is broken up in so many pieces that the gates of hell cannot prevail against it until God in Christ comes to establish His Kingdom reign when all these schisms and divisions will mean nothing. We will all be, no matter what 'sect' witnesses to God's majesty, dominion and might, casting every crown towards Jesus Christ. And the sooner we learn this, the sooner we will be able to overcome the world.

The word "Pharisee" means "seperated." Another word, confused by Christians today is "sanctified." Their burning desire was to separate themselves from those people who did not observe the laws of tithing and ritual purity--- matters they considered very important.

Today many Christians attempt to seperate, to sanctify themselves, by some truth or another...but not according to the whole truth...which brings us all back together... because we are only one part of a whole. We have become like...what...?God...?...who is all inclusive...or like man...who would like to exclude... according to what he desides is inclusive or exclusive?

The Pharisees exerted strong influence in Jesus' time. They supported the scribes ( experts in legal matters) and rabbis (religios leaders) in their interpretation of the Jewish law as handed down from the time of Moses.

In Jesus' day, this interpretation of the law became more authoritative and more binding than the law itself. Jesus often challenged these traditional interpretations and the minute rules that had been issued to guide the people in every area of their behavior.

Jesus condemned these hypocrates...read Matthew 23: 13-36...and then lamented over those who were teaching peace by salvation in the Love that God gives...Matthew 23: 37- 39.

Jesus was sensitive to the needs and hurts of individuals--- an attitude that brought Him into conflict with the Pharisees. Matthew's gospel (23: 1-36) contains Jesus' harsh words against the Pharisees. He believed they placed too much emphasis on minor details, while ignoring the "weightier matters of the law," such as "justice and mercy and faith." (Matt.23:23)

The Pharisees often tried to trick Jesus into making statements that would be considered heretical or disloyal to Rome. On one occasion, Jesus used a denarius, a common coin of the day, to show that citizens of his country had responsibilities to the civil authorities, as well as to God. (Matthew 22: 15-22).

But later...Christ also showed that while God's laws always were in accordance to man's...man's laws weere not always in accordance to God's....and herein lies the godly way.

Not all Pharisees were legalistic and hypoctitical, however. Three Pharisees favorably recognized in the New Testament are Joseph of Arimathea [ARAM] (Luke 23: 50- 53), Nicodemus [Nicholas] (John 3: !-21), and Gamiliel (God has rewarded), (Acts 5: 34-39).

The apostle emphasized his own heritage ( that which is laid up, preserved and prepared) as a Pharisee (Acts 23: 3), but he also (and you also) recognized the importance of abandoning this emphasis for the way of Christ...the annointed... (Phil 3: 1-14).

The Saducees were the elite of Jewish society in the time of Jesus. As priests, merchants, and aristocrates, they supported the Roman authorities because they enjoyed a privaledge status under Roman rule.

In contrast to the Pharisees, they advocated loyalty to the original law of Moses, insisting that interpretation of the Law could not be trusted. Also, unlike the Pharisees, they did not believe in the resurerection of the dead... (those who were found dead in their sins, not to be confused with the literal dead which is what the Sadducees were confused by) ...a belief which Jesus challenged on one occassion ( Mark 12: 18-27).

So in conclusion to this all...I have played the Pharisee, the Saducee and all that is in opposition to Jesus Christ, and the laws of God's love...I have become the adversary, the devil, Satan if you will...hated, despised, and rejected...but not as...or in any likeness of...but as one who will always believe in and towards the best...because it has been my intent and purpose to test, to tempt, to exercise, to strengthen, in all doubt and confussion, in all tribulation and distress, in all depression and sorrow, my wife, Karyn O'keefe, and her resolve to avoid at all messure, even at the cost of losing everything...which she has...but which she has not...so that what she has determined to be as good...what she has determined in her own mind...to be love...and not good in opposition to evil...forgive me God...forgive me wife...you are no Eve...but are more worthy to be received than you will ever know...but know...and continue to consider...
My only purpose and responsibility was to prepare you beyond a shadow of all doubt...until you could say without a shadow of all doubt...that salvation was determined by what you believe...in whom you will believe...and to step forward into that belief as thought it was your own...possesed by you...not given to you by me...but decided by yourself....and today, I know...because you will give up everything...to hold onto what you've learned....and discovered as true.
If it were any other way, I would not be certain...and would always be left in doubt as to whether someone else could come along and snatch from you what belongs to God...and what belongs to you...and for this, I accept my own...and am gratefiul for what it is...Amen...and Hallelujia...and for this I spend my life in all understanding according to how it evolves to the one who finally understands according to the one who reassures all understanding.

Staying the Course

Killing Women and Children: The “My Lai Phase” Of The Iraq WarBy Mike Whitney 03/20/06 "ICH" -- --

What goes through George Bush’s mind when he sees the dead bodies of Iraqi women and children loaded on the back of a pickup truck like garbage? Is there ever a flicker of remorse; a split-second when he fully grasps the magnitude of the horror he has created? March 15 was another defining moment in America’s downward moral-spiral in Iraq. Eleven members of an Iraqi family were killed in a wanton act of slaughter executed by American occupiers. Photos taken at the scene show the lifeless bodies of young children, barely old enough to walk, lying motionless in the back of a flatbed truck while their fathers moan inconsolably at their side.

What parent can look at these photographs and not be consumed with rage? The US military openly admits it attacked the house in Ishaqi where the incident took place. Reuters reports that, “Major Ali Ahmed of the Ishaqi police said US forces landed on the roof of the house in the early hours and shot the 11 occupants, including five children. After they left the house they blew it up”, he said. “The bodies, their hands bound, had been dumped in one room before the house was destroyed,” (policeman) Hussein said. Police had found spent American issue cartridges in the rubble.” (Reuters) The autopsy report at the Tikrit hospital said, “All the victims had gunshot wounds to the head”. Iraqi policeman Farouq Hussein noted, “It is a clear and perfect crime without any doubt”.

The evidence provided by Reuters suggests that we have entered the “My Lai phase” of the Iraq war, where the pretensions about democracy and liberation are stripped-away and replaced with the gratuitous butchery of women and children. The carnage in Ishaqi illustrates the growing recklessness and desperation of Washington’s failed crusade. Military spokesman Major Tim O’ Keefe justified the attack saying they were searching for “a foreign fighter facilitator” for Al Qaida in Iraq. He added, “Troops were engaged by enemy fire as they approached the building. Coalition Forces returned fire utilizing both air and ground assets….Two women and one child were killed. The building was destroyed.”

In fact, 11 women and children were killed and there’s no evidence to verify that the house was being used as an Al Qaida safe-house. The US military made similar claims after bombing raids in January and December when a total of 17 family members were killed. The grim fact is that is that the lives of Iraqi women and children are of no real consequence to US officials. As General Tommy Franks boasted, “We don’t do body counts”. The victims of American aggression are simply dismissed as collateral damage undeserving of any further acknowledgement.

The story has received scant attention in the establishment media, which prefers to highlight the stumbling oratory of our Dear Leader as he reaffirms our commitment to western “pro-life” values. In truth, George Bush is as responsible for the deaths of those children as if he had put a gun to their heads himself and shot them one by one. At present, we have no way of knowing how frequently these attacks on civilians are taking place. The Pentagon strategy of removing independent journalists from the battlefield has created a news-vacuum that makes it impossible to know with confidence the extent of the casualties or the level of the devastation.

The few incidents like this that find their way into the mainstream create a troubling picture of military adventurism and brutality that is no longer anchored to any identifiable moral principle or vision of resolution. It is simply violence randomly dispersed on a massive scale; traumatizing the Iraqi people and bringing the United States into greater disrepute. There were no Al Qaida fighters in the home in Ishaqi. The attack was just another lethal blunder by a blinkered military fighting an invisible enemy. “The killed family was not part of the resistance; they were women and children,” said Ahmed Khalaf. “The Americans promised us a better life, but we only get death.”

He Has Been Here!!!

Rather than presuming moral superiority, our nation should sorrow and lament along with the parents of those Iraqi children... the real innocent martyrs in a world and a nation gone mad. It truly is "the beginnings of sorrows." Or do you not believe the word from the gospels you profess?

Slicing Away Liberty: 1933 Germany, 2006 America

By Bernard WeinerCo-Editor, The Crisis Papers
02/22/06 "ICH" -- --

I must confess that I'm utterly baffled by the lack of sustained, organized outrage and opposition from Democratic officials and ordinary citizens at the Bush Administration's never-ending scandals, corruptions, war-initiations, and the amassing of more and more police-state power into their hands. And so, facing little effective opposition, the Bush juggernaut continues on its rampage. How to explain this? Certainly, one could point to a deficient mass-media, to the soporific drug of TV, to having to work so hard that for many there's no time for activism, to education aimed at taking tests and not how to think, to the residual fear-fallout from 9/11, to a penchant for fantasy over reality, to the timid and unimaginative Democratic leadership, to scandal-fatigue, etc. But I would suggest that even more disturbing answers can be found by examining recent history. Just so nobody misunderstands what follows: I am not saying that George W. Bush is Adolf Hitler, or that the rest of his Administration crew are Nazis. What I am saying is that since history often is opaque (making it difficult to figure out the contemporary parallels), when the past does offer a clear lesson for those of us living today, we should pay special attention. What happened in Germany in the 1920s and '30s can teach us much about how a nation in a few years can lose its freedom in incremental slices as a result of a drumbeat of never-ceasing propaganda, strong-arm tactics, government snooping and harassment, manufactured fear of "the other," and wars begun abroad with the accompanying rally-'round-the-flag patriotism. In America of the 1980s and '90s, it was extremists on the far-right fringes who believed the country was moving toward "black helicopter" authoritarian rule in Washington, and often blamed big-government liberal Democrats. Now, as a result of just four-plus years of the Bush Administration (supposedly anti-big government, conservative Republicans), huge segments of American society, including many in the mainstream middle, wonder what has happened to our democratic republic, our civil liberties, our time-honored system of government.THE ENABLING MANTRA OF 9/11The Busheviks defend the Administration's harsh, sweeping actions as necessary in a "time of war." The U.S. was attacked by forces representing fanatical Islam, this reasoning goes, and the old rules and systems simply don't apply anymore -- they are old-fashioned, "quaint." Instead, we are expected to inculcate the "everything-changed-on-9/11" mantra, the effect of which is to excuse and justify all. Defense of the fatherland comes first and foremost, trumping all other considerations, including the Constitution, checks-and-balances in the three branches of government, separation of powers, the Geneva Conventions, international law, etc. etc. (The Busheviks refuse to believe that one can be muscular in going after terrorists and do so within the law and with proper respect for the Bill of Rights and Constitutional protections of due process.)Not only do the Busheviks pay no attention to modern history, but they seem to have forgotten how our very nation came into existence and why: Our Founding Fathers rebelled against a despotic British monarch, a George who ran roughshod over their rights and privacy and religious beliefs. Learning that hard lesson, they established a system of government that scattered power so that no person or party or religion could easily reinstate authoritarian rule. Politicians and citizens would have to compromise and cooperate in order to get anything done. It's a slow, cumbersome system ("Democracy," said Churchill, "is the worst form of government ever invented, except for all the others"), but the system they devised served this nation well for more than two centuries, making American government a model for much of the rest of the world. And now, using the fear of terrorism as justification for all their actions, the Bush-Rove-Cheney-Rumsfeld crew within just a few years have moved America closer to a militarist, one-party state, led by a ruler in whom virtually all power is vested. In '30s Germany, this was called the Fuhrer Principe, the principle of blind obedience to the wise, all-powerful Supreme Leader. We've seen other such examples in Stalin's Soviet Union, Kim's North Korea, Mao's China, Saddam's Iraq, etc.THE GOOD, THE BAD & LOTS OF UGLYTo the Busheviks, there is pure Evil and pure Good, and because we Americans are pure Good, especially blessed by God, we can do anything in the service of fulfilling God's plan, which only we understand. If you're not with us, you're against us; get on board or get out of the way. And so, under BushCheney, we've become an America that has codified torture in official state policy, that admits it went into a war under false premises but continues to keep our targeted troops there anyway, that spies on its citizens without court orders, that is willing to out a covert CIA agent (one who was probing the extent of Iran's nuclear program) for reasons of political retaliation, that "disappears" American citizens into military jails and doesn't permit them any contact with the outside world, that flies suspects in its care to secret prisons abroad and "renders" others to countries that use even more extreme torture measures, that passes laws permitting police agents to "sneak and peek" into citizens' homes, phone records, computer databases, library requests, e-mails and medical records without permission or even informing those whose privacy had been violated, that neuters the Congress by saying it will listen to "suggestions" but that the ultimate decisions are to be made by the Chief Executive, that emasculates the political opposition in Congress by cutting them out of the key decision-making processes, that declares the president has the right to violate the law whenever he so chooses and Congress and the courts have no role to play in reining in that power-grab, that keeps America on a permanent war footing in a never-ending battle against a tactic (terrorism), and on and on.Even though much of the above transpired in secret and is only now being revealed, not all of this desecration of the American ideal happened overnight. As in Germany in the 1930s, the extremists placed in charge of the government said one thing in public and did another in private, slowly slicing away at rights of the citizenry, to avoid triggering a popular uprising.THE SLICING MACHINEIn the beginning of their rule, the Nazis would announce restrictive policies aimed at marginalized citizens (the mentally handicapped, for example), and if no great uproar of objection came from any power centers such as the churches or hospitals or political parties, the Nazis would proceed to the next slice aimed, say, at Communists or homosexuals or Jews or Gypsies. All of these moves were carefully couched in terms of saving the "national security" of the Reich or purging the country of "non-productive" or "destructive/dangerous" elements in society. The Nazi propaganda machine was clever, intense and all-pervasive, using the Big Lie technique masterfully -- endlessly repeating its falsehoods until the drummed-upon populace came to accept them as truths. Many ordinary "good Germans" and moral arbiters went along with these violations of civil rights and liberties either because they inwardly agreed with the propagandists or because they were afraid to disagree in public. Those few leaders in academia, the church and the press who courageously or even tentatively demurred or asked too many questions tended to be punished -- demoted, fired, their honors revoked, etc. -- and so more and more citizens got the message to "watch what you say." The Nazi juggernaut pushed on, widening its list of what was forbidden, issuing harsher and harsher edicts, and treating any dissidents roughly.Hitler, leader of the rabidly rightwing Nazi party, was installed as Chancellor in 1933, even though his party was not in the majority, in the hope that he could bring some order and stability to a society still reeling from the horrendous economic/social Great Depression that had devastated the country during the '20s and early-'30s. Given the reins of power, Hitler felt free to unleash policies that most citizens earlier had rejected as way too extreme. He had written about them in his book "Mein Kampf," but many thought he would modify his demented views once he was inside the establishment corridors. The "Enabling Act" that gave Hitler total control of the organs of power in Germany was passed in 1933, following the burning of the German Reichstag (Parliament), an arson that was blamed on Communist "terrorists." Hitler "temporarily" suspended civil liberties during this "national emergency," which of course never ended. Hitler lied to the Reichstag about his true intentions in order to obtain approval of the Enabling Act. Shortly after its passage, Hitler began rounding up tens of thousands of political enemies and sending them to concentration camps. Democracy was dead in Hitler's Germany. The corporate titans, seeing that there might be profit to be gained from Nazi economic and military policies, supported Hitler's rise and rule; those who had objections to what he was doing thought they could tame his passions through their immense influence. But slowly, and then quickly, the Nazis took over one institution after another; totalitarianism was in full force. To stamp out any hint of dissent, all citizens were to spy on each other --"each one of us the Gestapo of the others," to use Sebastian Haffner's scary phrase -- and the security forces arrested and tortured at will. (To learn more from Haffner's contemporaneous account, see "Germany in 1933: The Easy Slide Into Fascism").Arming itself to the teeth, Hitler's military forces carried out lighting-quick wars of conquest ("Blitzkrieg") on weaker nations and the fascist German empire spread over Europe and, in alliance with Japan, in Asia as well. More than 40 million human beings would die in the resulting World War II. Hitler's arrogant belief in his own intuition and infallibility led to his downfall, as, against all common sense and advice and military history, he invaded the Soviet Union and wound up in a destructive quagmire of the worst sort.THE PARALLEL UNIVERSEAgain, what follows here is not to allege one-for-one comparisons to Nazism, but to note certain parallel events and tactics that require special consideration if we are to avoid imitating disastrous history even more fully. In our time, a Leader (who, we later learned, probably lost the 2000 election) was installed in the White House by a far-right majority faction of the Supreme Court. The HardRight had been laying plans for a restoration of Republican rule after Clinton won re-election; first they made sure Clinton would be unable to concentrate on his political agenda by constant iterations of supposed scandals that, as various probes demonstrated, revealed no illegality. When Clinton handed the Republicans an opening by engaging in a sexual dalliance in the White House, they engineered an impeachment and trial by the Senate; it didn't really matter that Clinton was not convicted, as the requisite damage had been done, with a side benefit -- his Vice President and presumable successor, Al Gore, was tainted by being close to Clinton and thus weakened politically. The point of all this is that the HardRight restoration forces were planning for a Bush administration far in advance of the actual 2000 election. There was no one person's "Mein Kampf," but other writings had laid out in stark terms what this neo-conservative cabal had in mind for the country's foreign/military policy should they return to power, especially in the reports of The Project for The New American Century: "pre-emptive" wars of conquest, permitting no rivals for influence, control of energy sources, etc. (See "How We Got Into This Imperial Pickle: A PNAC Primer", where PNAC lays out the sole-Superpower strategy for achieving "benevolent hegemony" around the globe.)Some of that planning included an invasion of Iraq. Even though Cheney still won't reveal which oil executives were part of his secret energy task-force, we do know that at least part of that panel's meetings in early 2001 involved the question of Iraq, with discussion and a map of which companies might get exploration blocks after Saddam was removed from power. Further, former Treasury Secretary Paul O'Neill revealed how astonished he was that at the first meetings of the Bush Cabinet in early-2001, much time was spent on the need to invade Iraq. The terror attacks of 9/11/2001 served as the equivalent of the "Reichstag Fire" -- or, seen another way, as a "new Pearl Harbor," the phrase lifted from a 2000 PNAC document. The Bush Administration's "Enabling Act" came in several key bills passed by Congress: the unread and barely-debated Patriot Act, which gave virtually unlimited police powers to the government in rooting out "terrorism," and the Authorization for the Use of Military Force (AUMF), written so broadly as to give the "commander in chief" authority to take whatever unspecified actions he considered necessary against those responsible for 9/11. Attorney General Gonzales recently claimed that the AUMF, in conjunction with Article 2 of the Constitution, permits Bush to authorize both the torture of prisoners and spying on American citizens, without the need to seek any court warrants, thus over-riding the Fourth Amendment and the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act that states in no uncertain terms that ALL such eavesdropping requires court permission.REINING IN DISSENTERS & THE INTERNETEven though the mainstream, corporate-owned media by and large does the bidding of the Bush Administration, ignoring and playing down bad news and hyping the Administration's spin points, full control of the mass media is still not complete -- even with the Bush Administration spending $1.6 billion tax dollars last year on its own public-relations spin. The few insurgent media outlets and reporters, and the unruly analysts on the internet, are still to be dealt with. (FEMA has contracted with Halliburton and others to build several hundred detention camps around the country, ostensibly to house illegal immigrants but easily convertible for malcontents of one sort or another. See Maureen Farrell's "Detention Camp Jitters". Likewise, the Judiciary. Bush&Co. have placed nearly two hundred of its HardRight jurists on the federal appeals courts, and got its new Federalist Society justices onto the Supreme Court -- presumably tipping the balance in favor of more rightwing decisions -- but more work needs to be done to lock down total control of the Judiciary. The democratic institutions that possibly could still backfire on the Bush agenda are approaching terminal weakness: the Republican-controlled Congress has become a rubber-stamp appendage of Karl Rove's political office; the Democrats are essentially marginalized with no real power except to whine and complain and embarrass.Plus, and most importantly, election votes are counted by the same GOP-friendly corporations that controlled (and appear to have manipulated) the vote-tabulations in 2002 and 2004, that manufacture the computer-voting machines, and that own the secret, proprietary software. The one dangerous element that cannot be fully controlled are the human beings who are the public face of the HardRight elite. Bush is a simpleton who often says more than he should, giving away the game; Cheney is a callous Rasputin whose penchant for secrecy and power-lust as he runs the government constantly gets the group into hot water; Rumsfeld is a media-savvy incompetent whose dirty fingerprints are all over the Iraq disaster and the torture scandal; Rove, a brilliant dirty-pool tactician (his grandfather reportedly was an active Nazi Party supporter in Germany), is likely to be indicted in the Plamegate scandal. Others Administration heavies, such as Condoleezza Rice and Alberto Gonzales are little more than toadies for the big boys.WE'VE BEEN WARNEDSo, let's see: a Supreme Leader who has taken his country into blitzkrieg ("shock & awe") attacks on foreign nations, bogging down in an ill-advised invasion quagmire in Iraq; who has traded historic civil rights and liberties for defense of the fatherland; who has destroyed or rendered toothless his nominal opposition party; who has wrapped himself in the flag and questioned the patriotism of those who raise questions about his policies; who has engaged in a Big Lie propaganda strategy to move his agenda; who has demonized internal enemies; who violates the law to get what he wants and claims that he serves a higher power in doing so; who has marginalized the other two branches of government; who effectively controls the voting process; and so on.What's scary is that it didn't take much verbal stretching to come up with those parallels, even admitting that life in Bush's U.S.A., however comparable in many areas, can scarcely be equated to life in Hitler's Germany.Even so, history has presented its warnings to us. Will we understand and act in time to return our country to a more moderate balancing point, thus making us better protected in terms of national security? It's up to each of us.This bungling Bush crew seems to have a reverse Midas touch; virtually everything they touch turns not to gold but to foul-smelling waste matter. They are so out of touch with the American mainstream that they've brought their own poll numbers down into the 30s, and key Republicans in self-defense are racing to separate themselves from BushCheney before the November elections. Bush&Co. may be reckless bumblers, endangering America's national security and economy and environment, but they still wield the levers of power and they're not about to give them up; indeed, it appears they are willing to take us all down with them as they fall. That's our challenge, to get rid of them as quickly as possible -- by agitating for impeachment hearings now, or moving for impeachment and a Senate trial after taking back the House in November -- and help bring America out from its current dark cave to the bright light of hope and civility and reality-based governance.

Before I begin, before I conclude, let me make one thing perfectly clear. That I am but man, and am no god, so I am admonished by this:

"Of making many books there is no end, and much study is wearisome to the flesh.
So before I begin, "Let us hear the conclusion to the matter:

"Fear God and keep His commandments,
For this is man's all.
For God will bring every work into judgement,
Including every secret thing,
Whether good or evil.

When I have made a completion of what I have been led to write, I know that I cannot say that I no longer understand or am in any way confused by God's word. It is I who will stand rebuked, and will know that it is also I who must forsake whatever I am doing that is of my own will, in opposition to the will of God...and for this reason, open my heart so that Christ can enter in.

But it is also my hope that whoever sees the same in themselves, will act upon it as I know I must. May God put His blessing upon this word. Amen.

The Scarlet Thread

The Number of his Name-
Six hundred, threescore and six
In Opposision to The Scarlet Thread

What is the hidden agenda that guides the thoughts of the self designated privileged few...those whom it has somehow been determined, whether by deceit or by design, that they are the ones who are more worthy, by the virtue of their self-righteousness, to lead a people, and rule over the world?

What motivates them except that there are worldly things they want to protect and gain for themselves? Do they do this in sacrifice of their own lives?

No!

These are the ones who worship themselves and demand that the rest of the world do the same in an effort to obtain their favor...whether by the same deceit or design that they used to gain their power to begin with...because a lie always begets another lie.

"All these are the beginning of sorrows." Matthew 24: 8

He has been here.

But test this if you will. Speak out against this system in anyway and do so armed with the truth and see what becomes of you.

The face of Pharoah has suddenly changed because he fears loosing his power...he's worked hard to get what he has...he will not give it up easily...even forgetting the favor his forefathers showed to God's people because of Joseph...he who has an ear, let him hear.

These few ask the rest of the humanity to sacrifice for them everything we hold dear, including the lives of our sons, our daughters, our husbands, wives, fathers and mothers, as well as the liberty of being sovereign as a nation under God.

They ask this sacrifice for themselves and their creation in substitute for God Almighty and His creation. They do so in an effort to control it all...to rule over the people, the spoils and abundance and wealth of the world... as their price for this selfish guidance. They grab for themselves what they can and heap it up in abundance far greater than they will ever consume themselves. They fill their storehouses with everything the people might need in order to control who gets it...this is the power they crave.

"All these are the beginning of sorrows." Matthew 24: 8
he has been here.

Yet,this is little more than extortion on a global scale, as if they were worthy by the very virtue of the sacrifices that others have to make so that they can satisfy their greed....as if they were God Almighty Himself.

Not the living sacrifices only do they desire...but dead souls also. It is the dead souls they desire the most; those who will obey them and do their bidding at every turn without question of conscience as to whether it is right or wrong... even if it is for only a short time... because they know their time is short...no more than the life of a man.

But by whose nature do they ask this?

"But go and learn what this means, "I desire mercy, and not sacrifice." For I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance."

While 70 % of the worlds population survives on as little as a cup of rice each day, and some even less; and while 1% of the worlds population controls the wealth and abundance of this planet…heaping to themselves whatsoever they desire...who then do the 1% serve if not they serving themselves? And whose way of life are we asked to defend, what national interest do we submit ourselves to? The national interest of truth spoken and the way of self-sacrificing love...or the national interest of worldliness gained through the way of lies and deceit, violence and corruption.

Of the remaining 29%...those who enjoy some of the benefits offered by this 1%...who do they serve…the one who are few…or the many? Are they soldiers of oppression to protect the wickedness of a few, or soldiers of truth for the salvation of the many? What sword they weild determines their motive.

"All these are the beginning of sorrows." Matthew 24: 8
he has been here.

It is we who stand in the worldly gap between the one and the many, as Chritians for the way of The Almighty's cause? Our lives in opposition to the 1% and for the uplift of the many...providing this is what we practice.

Not by force do we need to do this, but through the word of truth in our heart and in our mouth. Whether we defend and uplift the many by the truth, the 70% who are looked down upon as last and of little value to the few...or visa versa... is what determines whose mark we shall receive...whether of our God Almighty...or whether of the beast of all evil...Satan himself.

If you oppose the many in defense of the few for the sake of your own survival and comfort, you have received the mark of the beast. If you have kept silent you suppot it nonetheless.

But if you speak out in opposition to the powers and principalities of the privaledged few, in defense of the many, resisting what the few hold out and instead stand alongside the many with whatever gifts you have, you are sealed into the character of our Lord, Jesus Christ.

You cannot do this in lip service only, while continuing to support the few, or while providing for your own comfort...but in both word, and in deed...shunning what the few hold out, and embracing what the many need. This is the only way that we are able to change what is in the hearts of evil men to do...or heap the wrath of God's judgments and indignation upon their heads. For in the end, their own conscience's will bear witness against them according to the practice of this truth.

It is not for we as Christians to walk in the moral uprightness of the Pharisees, the ruling class of today...those who presume upon their righteousness in all outwardness. For these do so for the sake of being seen as upright while they help fill the world with violence and corruption by supporting its system of greed. They know that it is this system which benefits and supports them. But there is a far greater righteousness which we should be reaching towards. One that is not in an effort to gain recognition and honor for ones own self, but is only for the purpose of uplifting others.

E Pluribus Unum means “out of the many came the one.” This message of Satan is printed on all that is necessary to buy or sell the things necessary for the sustanance, and even comfort of the flesh. It is right alongside the words, United States of America as if to say that she is the one who came out of the many. It is on the same coin that says, "In God We Trust." It is a conflicting message meant to confuse the ability to reason properly.

But, the "one" what?

The One that Came out of the many!

Here is the mind that has wisdom: The seven heads are seven mountains on which the woman sits.
There are also seven kings. Five have fallen, one is, and the other is yet to come. And when he comes, he must continue a short time.
The beast that was and is not, is himself also the eighth, and is of the seven, and is going to perdition. Revelations 17:9-11.

Today this prophecy of the "one who is to come" has been fulfilled in your hearing. For it is here and we are in its midst.

"These are the beginning of sorrows." Matthew 24 :8
he has been here.

If this 1%, the self designated privileged few, who have all demonstrated wickedness by their love of self...by heaping to themselves the abundance of the world, dividing it up with only those who show their loyalty to them by their support or silence... had anyone’s best interest in mind but their own, then why have we seen the rise in so many billionaires? Only a few decades ago it was a great thing to be a millionaire, but now that time has passed and the world is now seeing the wealth of these men rise into the tens of billions of dollars due to their love of that worldly wealth and the power that it will purchase, while the ranks of those who have little or nothing continues to grow.

Those who are able to enjoy the abundance of the world have once again been determined by the straw that Pharoah provides or withholds in order that they should make for him his bricks of pride which he uses to fortify his security and comfort.

Our quota of bricks, our labors for life, are never diminished. Rather, as these ruling men grow wealthier, greedier, they also grow more afraid. And under the disguise of sharring some of this worldly wealth, the burdens of the slave class, the laboring bunch, are increased, while the burdens of the poorest suffer even greater. Only the straw that holds these bricks of pride together is diminished. This is the money that we use to support ourselves in Pharoah's system, to consume the goods and services necessary for our brick hard hearts of pride, sustanance and comfort. We do this, all the while preserving, supplying, and protecting pharoah's worldly kingdom.

Mortor and bricks, hardend, dry, sun baked lumps of clay. Prideful people with no spirit or soul, who have basked in their own glory are what is produced for the purpose of building a strong support for man's glory and protection...so that his goods will flow freely, and worldly wealth flows to the top.

As the cost for keeping and maintaining this pride grows, we find this harder and harder to sustain without the enough straw or money necessary to do it...we begin to make inferior bricks. The pride of our hardened hearts becomes like crumbling, dried out clay with nothing to hold it together, then turning to dust. Yet pharoah, who sits atop this national pride, is surrounded and presumes he is protected by the strong fortresses that these bricks make. He refuses to see them crumbling before his very eyes, because he himself is deceived by his own lies. He refuses to hear of anything that will make him understand..."Give me no news that is bad," he will say, "because it interfears with my vision for the world."

"All thes are the beginning of sorrows." Matthew 24: 8
he has been here.

Don't think for a moment that those who have nothing do not desire crumbs from under the rich man's table of those who have it all for the very sustanence and comfort of their flesh. What little these privileged few have shared has only been for the purpose of gaining more for themselves by the loyalty that they buy from those who were meant to stand in the gap. In this way, they put to death the spirit and soul of a nation. Everyone becomes agreeable for the sake of their own survival.

This loyalty that was bought is for nothing more than protecting what they have. Each one who favors that system is someone who was bribed at a cost to others. They use this 29% to insulate themselves from the masses...fearing the multitude, setting them up as taskmasters over the multitude in order to increase their burdens...while the few at the top pursue their worldly vision.

Because the lives of the 29%...those who stand in the worldly gap... have been favored to rejoice in the few, defending their (own and the 1%'s) honor and way of life, they are unable to see that it is because they depend upon these few to supply them with even their very most basic needs, a dependency that at one time belonged to The Almighty.

They are blinded from the truth that these very needs were created by the greed of those privileged few who control them. Instead this 29% has been led to believe that it is freedom they enjoy and that they are blessed by their own wordly belongings...but instead they have become slaves to men. The freedom they think they enjoy is controled by those whom they serve. The blessings have become a curse unto them as they toil endlessly to obtain and keep what they consider blessings.

This toil is what draws them apart from worshipping God as He should be, from learning and doing what is required by the LORD GOD our Father. And now we feel trapped by it, without an escape, because we have allowed ourselves to be deceived into believing that there is no way out.

We have grown accustomed to our wealth and might...victims of our own averice and fear. The starving masses throughout the world are a testimony to the truth that we are unwilling to give up what we think we own and what we believe we deserve.

"All these are the beginning of sorrows." Matthew 24: 8
he has been here.

Six is the number for man… “And on the sixth day, God created Man…” "Six hundred" is therefore a multitude of men, (out of the many, E Pluribus)...in all essence, a merry multitude of men.

“Threescore” or 60 is taken from a root word, “suws” or “siys” meaning to rejoice, be bright, , make mirth, joy. And again…6…the number of man…as in one man…self... “The one...”...Unum.

What then have we except "a merry multitude of men” (600) who are “rejoicing” (threescore) in “ man” (6)… "666."A character of man demonstrated by the work of his hands and the thoughts of his mind. It is not one man who is God, or the Son of God, or Immanuel…but rather simply and merely…man...as in a part of mankind.

And on the sixth day, God created man

...it does not say, "A Man." Nor, "For out of the many, came the one.” But what it says is, "God created man." Mankind.

When God set about to create man, as in mankind, all mankind, in His image, He created first for Himself man...male and female He created them... and then He was to create them in His image. He did this in order to set before mankind certain lessons and examples. Just as He created all things necessary for man's survival in the five days that preceeded his creation as mankind.

Yet, before He had done this, "before any plant of the field was in the earth, and before any herb of the field had grown, God had not caused it to rain on the earth, but a mist went up from the earth and watered the whole face of the ground., and the LORD God formed man from the dust of the ground...

This beginning man was formed through a mixture of this dust and water which formed the clay that was used to mold him...crumbled bricks of pride mixed with tears. It was not until after that, when God planted a garden east of Eden in which He put "The man whom He had formed." First He formed the man, then He planted the garden in which He put "the man."...a man, as in singular...one man whom He called Adam. And then He made the trees to grow in this garden.

In the first account of creation, all creation was created prior to mankind...."and on the sixth day...God created man." And it was this mankind who were to be made in God's image...all of mankind as a whole. Yet, did not God look upon all His creation that He had created by that sixth day, and was it not called, "very good."

So what then was their yet to create in mankind, considering that it is God Himself that is "good?"

We busy ourselves with questions like, "How could God possibly create everything in six days. But what we fail to see is that the word written was to establish the order through which God creates. We fail to see that it is by this arrangement that He reveals Himself to men. We fail to understand that it is God's express desire to bless men with Himself...and so we busy ourselves in doubt and attempts to be like God in the way we desire Him to be. It is God who destroys and then makes alive.

In the second account, "the" man had been formed out of the dust of the earth" before God planted the garden east of Eden, putting him there, and then out of the ground the LORD God made every tree to grow...

This was the first first Son of God whom God had formed out of the earth, who was intended for the purpose of making mankind into God's image by the obediance demonstrated in God's hearing before God and to the rest of mankind...but because of this man's fall from grace, by his own desire to create himself, he became seperated from God causing the fall of the rest of mankind with him. He became (not made)...like God. "Like God" would suggest that man was able to be comparred to God, and it was not God who hade made him into this likeness, but man himself, "becoming like God" according to what man had determined "like God " meant.

The son of God was now the man of sin and could no longer fulfill the purpose for which God intended, which was to serve God. He became spirtually seperated from God and His nature due to man's fallen nature of attempting in his own strength to be "like God," and now served only himself. In man's ability to decide what the image of God was, according to his own likeness, he no longer needed God to determin that. Or at least, that's what he thought.

This fallen nature was from man's own effort to exalt himself, rather than humbling himself so that God might exalt him by the loving care He desired to show so that He could be worshipped by man. Mankind instead became as in the image of Satan serving Satan, exalting himself above the throne of God.

In his obediance towards hearing God, the desire to be like God was formed in his heart through the deception of self-righteousness. It was then that desire that became the voice he heard rather than the voice of hearing God. It was just a matter of time before he found himself standing beside that tree, tempted by the serpant whose nature it was to exalt himself in his own righteousness. It was Satan's purpose to engage man in an independant thought apart from faith and trust in God. To think outside of the spirit and in the flesh. He spoke to man's desire, which was now to be independant from God and like (comparable) unto God himself, determining the order for his own creation according to what He decided the image of God should be.

What teenage child does not demonstrate this today in seeking their own independance from his or her parent. They reach a stage in their life when they rebel away from the parents, thinking they have all the answers to life, and setting out to prove it. A parent can do little except hope that what was taught to the child will one day bring him back to the principles of love he was shown. And if the rebellion in the child is of a great enough nature, the parent can only hope from a seperated and distant place. Oftentimes, it is not until the rebellious child has children of their own that these principles are made manifest in them.

Christ was the first Adam, the man of God who became sin...the man of sin, and the last Adam, the Redeemer, regenerate man, the Son of God without sin. In that lesson He gave us a clear example to either look for in our lives or ignore in order that we might be made Sons of God with Him, or remain as the sons of Satan. He went before us so that we might come after Him.

"You search the scriptures, for in them you think you have life...but these testify of Me."

He showed us first what the consequences of not abiding in hearing God would bring, and then the blessings of abiding in and hearing God and what that too would bring. We are man, as in all mankind, as in that in whom God desires to make into His image by the examples Christ set forth before us as opposed to the example which Adam gave and we fell to.

Adam exalted himself. Christ humbled himself. He had to suffer everything that man did in order that He be the perfect sacrifice for our sins. And this would have included being seperated from God. Christ was without sin, but Adam was not. Throughout man's history, there were many preincarnate Christ's, each sharring a character with Him, but none without sin...Christ was the first after prefallen Adam. The first became last...and the last became first...for it is we who see this and believe it who will come after Him.

Though God did not purpose that sin through self-righteous deception should exist, He knew of its existance in Satan, and therefore made it manifest to us through His first son, Adam. It only existed through not hearing His commandments in the desire to exalt self through the knowledge and ability to determine for himself, right and wrong, good and evil, the ability to create himself in whatever image he determines is good. The first Adam was formed for the purpose of exposing sin, the last, who was Christ was begotten to redeem us from it, so that sin could be destroyed without destroying what God had made. And in it, Christ said, "I Am the Alpha and the Omega, The Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.

Six Hundred, Threescore, and six has a similar meaning to “E Pluribus Unum.” Unum being man, as in one man or men who are one, or as one man, who must always make preparation, the sixth day of the week being the day of preparation, and a man who is neither complete nor whole as Christ is. He is always trying to create mankind in the image he desires...that is his continual preperation. God did not set about to create mankind in His image until after He had created man. We are not complete and whole...none of us...until God makes us so according to His roadmap.

He, the One man, singular man, or men who are as one man, as in self-appointed rulers through the creation and deception of their own righteousness apart from the righteousness of God ( they who rule this present system of worldly support), fear the multitude. So through his bribes and extortion, his wars and violence, he gains the loyalty of some...those who have adopted his ways to do his bidding...so that with that man, they can be as one man, a man...and not as mankind...in diversity of purposes and ministry...and in all others they create the fear necessary to control them through the use of more lies.

He is always making preparation for his own protection. One more war...one more people to conquer and cause to create so that others will bow down to his will...more armies...more war machines...more human resources spent...more lofty causes and exploits...while the lives and souls of men perish. He calls it progress...calling it civilization. This is his beastly mark upon those who have received it. George W. Bush saying..."I want to create a world..." according to the image he has determined by his vision that it should be for all mankind. These are the word's of Satan himself coming out of this man's mouth.

"All these are the beginning of sorrows." Matthew 24: 8
he has been here.

In all of the six days that God created in, there was no mention of any wars being fought. And if the nation of Israel, with the many wars it fought, fell to the self-righteous deception at the hands of Rome, this was to be for the rest of mankind an example of what and how God creates by, apart from what man creates by.

Let's examine for a moment that word..."civilization"...

The English definition defines it in these terms:
A human society that has a complex cultural, political, and legal organization, an advanced state in social development.

Complexity denotes that its nature is intricate, difficult to understand, obscure and of a wide variety, diverse in its nature, but that it is all intertwined to make up a whole. The only sameness about each strand is that it is intertwined with the rest of the whole, but in no way does it refer that any one strand is the whole unto itself...that all should be Christian, or democracies, or Islamist, or Communist...that all should be identical. Instead it suggests that all work together to make up the whole in the diversity that was designed to keep it seperate...but united to the whole...intertwined.

God purposed that they all should exist together in harmony with one another and the account of His creation seems rather simple in comparrison to what man attempts. One societal strand works together with every other societal strand to make up the whole...none is more important or of more value than the other...but all have a purpose that is necessary to keep together what is the whole vine, giving to it its strength.

Each day of creation saw something different, but that each thing created was vital to the overall sustaining of life and well being. None more so, or less so than the others. The strength of the vine depends upon the part each strand plays in working together towards staying united with the whole. It is a system of checks and balances that is found in all of nature.

If any one part of that vine becomes too strong and prosperous; if it in anyway exalts itself over the rest, as the philosophy of western civilization has done, it chokes out and destroys the diversity and divinity of the vine that makes up the whole. If one part exalts itself it is up to the rest of the strands to seperate it from them...in order that it be cut down and removed down. We can now see this happening today.

"All these are the beginning of sorrows." Matthew 24: 8
he has been here.

If a tree begins to exalt itself over the ground that it grows from and nurishes it, the ground no longer sustains it and the tree begins to die. If the same tree drinks too much of the water that it needs to grow, no other life around it can be sustained. Eventually the soil becomes dried out through errosion, barren and cracked. The moisture that all other life gave up, can no longer rain back down to water that one tree. No fruit can be produced. No life can continue. A strong wind can uproot it forever.

How can this be done? How can the rest of the vine seperate itself from that which exalts itself over it?

The intertwining of humanity has become so intricate that one might not see how they can seperate themselves from something that is choking them out. And that is what that one part wants to keep hidden. For this purpose, God has intertwined with man's culture, a scarlet thread that holds itself out as perfect in relation to the rest. It is the truth of what God considers to be His perfection and not what man would have you believe. This scarlet thread is the embodiment of truth as found in the life of Christ Jesus.

Jesus Christ was and still is "the Annointed One." He did not come, but was sent. He is Divinity veiled in humanity, who “was sent for” the “many,” prepared from and existing with the Father, God Almighty from before the foundation of the world… predestined and already complete and whole...the Word of truth that confronts the lie who humbled Himself to become man. He intertwined Himself with human civilization for the soul purpose of not allowing one part of the vine to exalt itself over all others without the others seeing it. He is the scarlet thread that waters and nurtures and prunes the entire rest of the whole vine.

But if He be removed, if He be taken out of the way by any part of the vine through self-righteous deception, then what will become of the rest of the vine?

The same as the tree that exalted itself over the soil of the ground.

"All these are the beginning of sorrows." Matthew 24: 8
he has been here.

He is the sacred 777 and what He finished also is complete and whole needing nothing else to finish His work.

He is the true vine, and the government He founded on truth, faith, faithfulness, love , and hope, has intertwined itself in the vine called human civilization for the purpose of cutting down, or seperating out any part of the vine that begins to exalt itself over the rest, if the rest will only take hold upon it. It is the scarlet thread that weaves itself into the whole and stands apart from any other part in perfection to the whole by the truth that it is. Only the rest of the parts of the vine can seperate Him out...but this is to their own end...or take hold on Him to seperate themselves out and away from that exalted part that chokes them.

"Once and for all mankind."

What Christ finished upon the cross, the truth that He showed us of God's redemption sets us at liberty, making us free to serve the One true God, serving Gods justice, uniting us in His love, and giving us peace with that very same God who created us for all eternity...if accepted and believed. He opposed every belief by man that was held. He exposed every lie that some are superior to others and therefore worthy of our worship and sacrifice. He needed no defense for who or what He is. The Truth He spoke and lived testified in His defense. He is "the way, the truth and the life."

All that is required from us is to humble ourselves and claim what He finished, never having to defend our decision to do so, nor our desire for such. The way to life is through the truth. And once claimed, we never have to worry about losing it if it comes under attack because it is already defended by the same truth that set us free. Truth is our defender. He will then intertwine Himself into our lives and become a new government for us. All that can attack Him are the lies that attempt to create fear and doubt…the tools of Satan in order to set himself up as ruler of this world by the agency of men who succumb to those lies. The lies that attempt to remove the truth from the vine.

But truth is stronger than even this. It is but for us to know, to accept willingly so that we can live by it. And in this way only, can we abide in the love of God.

This nation’s (America"s) executive administration are trying so hard to be god–like themselves…to exalt their throne above the heavens…to sit on the throne of God, thinking they are God and yet, rejecting everything that is Godly…like so many nations who have gone before us....to establish the “Kingdom of God,” in their own right and by their own power and through the wars of their own making, so that they can sit as lords over it by the establishment of their laws. And yet they do this through the power of their lies that are believed by those who do not know the truth. O, How many there are who refuse believe it...becoming lovers of the lie and not lovers of the truth. The power that has been gained testifies to this causing one strand of the vine to grow in power over the others. It is a truth of its own making that attempts to remove from our midst the very truth that sustains us.

What testifies of this truth is that all who expose the lies are considered to be outcasts and who, by the very nature of laws that are passed, become marginalized from among men! Call them what you will... liberals, radicals, fanatics, freaks, and yes, even terrorists, who foment a people with the truth about who they are and what they have become them selves. They begin to grow from the bottom of the exalted vine, encircling it until it is fully overgrown, and either destroying it, or causing it to succumb by the truth it is.

These laws are only meant to oppress a people by eliminating any opposition to the lies, while giving the impression of keeping order, national security, patriotism and for the safety and well being of the nation. Yet their true design is to insulate the few from the many...the lie from the truth, the few who by their very nature are lawless according to the laws of the Father...the principles of self-sacrificing love.

"All these are the beginning of sorrows." Matthew 24: 8
he has been here.

God’s Kingdom is within us and not of this world… it cannot be gained by the enactment of more laws or the heaping up of more abundance. It is not gained through endless wars meant to subjugate by force a people to itself. We must find in ourselves all unrighteous deception and root it out by the truth. We must begin individually and spread from their. From the root, to the very fruit of the tree that we are.

But what does it say?

God is spirit and truth, God is love, not flesh and blood, and His laws are commandments of the heart, not meant to exhibit an outward morality, but evidenced in the thoughts of our soul. He uses the fear of those who create and support the lie, to seperate the light from the darkness through the very agency of these men who seek to insulate themselves from the truth and the masses. If we find within our own selves any of that unrighteous deception, we must allow ourselves to be seperated...divided...sanctified...apart from it by the very nature of the truth itself.

Then God said, let there be light." And there was light.

"And God saw the light, that it was good; and God divided the light from the darkness."

God saw the truth, that it was good; and God divided the truth from the lie. He did not see the darkness, the lie, that it was good. But in what He created by His word, which was the light, He divided the two. They cannot exist with each other. He did not, by His word create light and darkness, but only light so that it could be divided apart from the darkness...the truth apart from the lie.

We do not enter into the Kingdom by keeping the worldly laws of greed, oppression, violence, selfism, racism, seperatism or apathetic silence. These are all lies that create each themselves.

We enter in through repentance that forsakes these things, and belief in the word of truth which speaks and exposes all lies, especially the ones we tell ourselves...this is the narrow gate by which we come into God's presence. This is the light, and to stand in the presense of that light humbles us to the principles of love...keeping us on a sure foundation .

Any attempt to create a worldly, fleshly, self-centered independant kingdom apart from God is an idol, an image, and is false...it is the darkness of the lie, it is a government that is founded on seperation of church and state...a usurper to the throne as much as the light is divided from the darkness. Gods kingdom cannot be created from without and put on, it is not ours to create, but rather it must come from within by way of the truth and be radiated outwardly in our lives through the opposition which we show to its principles of selfism.

It is not created by man to suit his purposes, and for his comfort in things owned or moral self-righteousness displayed, but can be received by man from the Father to share with God…an inheritance that everyone might share a portion of.

The account of God's creation, and also the gospel of Jesus Christ, show to us that we are allowed to experience sin, and its consequences in hope that we will return to God through the redemption of His Son, fully exposing sin to us, and circumcising it from our heart, without destroying what God created and intended for us to be. It is not imposed on us and neither are we compelled to accept it by force. The longer we attempt to cover ourselves in moral sel-righteousness, the more we are destined to suffer in the pride that it creates. God had a purpose for man's fall...and that was to show us by whose hand we are saved. Anyone who says they have not fallen, or are without sin, has the spirit of anti-christ in them. They exibit it in their exalting of self over others, in their moral self-righteous behavior, and unless they see that, it has been determined where their place will be.

Rather than yielding to the true powers that be, the inheritance set aside for us from before the foundation of the world, those that existed before we were ever created in order to be that example that Christ laid out before us, this nations administrators and all who follow their lead have fallen to the deceit of Satan in thinking that they are or can be the Savior of the world...that this nations righteousness is somehow greater than all other nations. It attempts to be the moral voice of the world, labeling as sinners, or despots, or dictators, or evil men, or terrorists those who do not bend to its will in presenting the lie about itself to the world. But in doing so, it has revealed the true nature of itself.

Though we may be "one nation under God"...all nations are under God, whether they will admit this or not. And yet our government which we follow is by its very nature, seperate from the body of Christ, the church, as stated in its own constitution. It is a government of the people, by the people and for the people, making it an entity unto it own self, for itself and by itself...serving only itself and not serving God, nor His government of spirit, truth, love, grace, forgiveness, goodness, patience, and kindness, as He would be served. And unless this people called "The United States of America," consider themselves to be like God, which by their very nature of independence from and exaltation over the rest of the world demonstrates that they are not, then its government is a false government of man serving itself in moral self-righteousness towards the world, usurping the authority that belongs only to Christ the King, who was meek, and lowly, yet the embodiment of truth. He spoke the truth in all circumstances, not in condemnation of anyone or anything, but in a bringing to light in truth the fallen nature we had become in the darkness of our deceptive lies.

We cannot claim ignorance to this, because God has given to us His word...we can only accept it...or reject it...but we cannot pardon ourselves from not knowing it.

How difficult it is for us to accept this truth...but unless we do, we will all go down to perdition, right alongside the evilness God will put there. Then we will know condemnation, for it will be accusing us day and night for the rest of eternity by the very truth we rejected.

I've stood over this bottomless gaping pit of hell. I was given an opportunity to pear down into it for a moment. I was saved from it by the truth and have no desire to spend eternity in it. It is a terrible place of condemnation that torments the soul. It is made up of all the voices of all those we failed to love, and the faces of those we rejected because of our greed. There is no love there, no compassion or warmth. There is no tenderness, or comfort. It is only endless, relentless, never ending condemnation of our guilt, our shame. And it is not my desire to see anyone suffer there. So I must speak what I know, write what I've seen and heard, for the saving of any soul who desires to be saved from this terrible fate...or I will not be fulfilling the purpose for which God gave His truth. I will not be loving you as myself. You are my countrymen, and it is you that Satan desires.

This is a nation that relies on its own strength, the power of its own military might, its own thoughts, ways, and ideas of governance apart from God's. The devices and desires of its own heart, once again testifying to the nature of its own governance. It believes it is the answer for all of the rest of humanity...man's last best hope. which by the very nature of that stated hope fails to recognize God as its hope.

Many of its religions are false, being approved or rejected by its govenment by sanction, in that they are meant to be easy, requiring little from us and that they do not cause trouble for the worldly status quo, but only tend to the fleshly needs of the poor which they have rejected.

It is difficult to tell the difference between one who follows any particular form of religion, and one who is simply part of the secular society with no religious belief. Yet there are some. It believes in and tries to sell its ways of independant life and material blessing to the rest of the world whether through coersion, bribery, extortion, or force, when in truth it has not enough answers for its own people. Now that we are all independant from one another, everyone is free to take what they can for themselves. To pursue their own happiness even at the expense of anothers. Religions that call themselves democracies. The road to Rome which does not lead to the kingdom of God and delivers no message of faith and salvation to its people.

And yet, "God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son to be a sacrifice for our sins, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life."

Western Civilization is the "world" today. It's the portion of the vine that exalts itself over every other strand. Yet we who have been born free, are Christ's slaves, and unless we humble ourselves to our Master, we will be punished for it as any disobedient or unrighteous servent would be.

The United States takes for itself in the global arena, attempting to heap the abundance of things to itself. Taking by force if necessary, the very resources that another nation may depend upon. Violence and corruption fill its land…Misery and suffering are its byproducts...all have turned to their own way.

While there is a form of happiness, it is fleeting, and for most, it is false. It can be swept away just as surely as loosing all ones worldly possessions that keep it sustained. See this in the reactions of people who survive natural disaters.

It gauges the prosperity of other nations according to its own abundance. It marginalizes nations who do not agree with its free market philosophy of greed and who attempt to resist its corruption by making known the truth. You've seen this over and over...but yet you still do not believe. How many more signs in heaven do you need...or do you still yet look up in the sky? Perhaps you even claim that you and our nation are righteous over all other nations and therefore worthy of this honor.

"All these are the beginning of sorrows." Matthew 24: 8

What do you base your happiness on and what sustains it? Do you measure it in the abundance that you may have? Would you still be happy if that abundance was suddenly gone? Would you be content to own nothing? Is there anything of this world that you would miss if it were to be suddenly swept away? Would you still know happiness? To what lengths would you go to in order to hang onto the way of life you now enjoy? Does the blood and lives, peace and prosperity of other nations mean more to you than holding onto it at their expense? Answer these questions truthfully within your own heart and do not be deceived by it.

Here is a list of the empires who have gone before us in their efforts to rule over God’s creation… not His Kingdom...but what man attempted to create as its substitute. They are the ones who came out of the many, who wanted to rule the world; to sit at the right hand of God with judgement on their wings against all men...who made the claim too, that all nations are either for them, or against them:

Babylonian Empire- Created by man's ideas,Conquered and fallen
Persian Empire- Created by man's ideas,Conquered and fallen
Greek Empire- created by man's ideas,Conquered and fallen
Phoenician Empire- Created by man's ideas,Conquered and fallen
Egyptian Empire- Created by man's ideas,Conquered and fallen
Roman Empire- Created by man's ideas,Conquered and fallen
Ottoman Empire- Creted by man's ideas, conquered and fallen
Byzantine Empire- Created by man's ideas, Conquered and fallen
Spanish Empire- Created by man's ideas, Conquered and fallen
British Empire- Crteated by man's ideas, Conquered and fallen
The German Empire- Created by mans egocentrism, conquered and fallen

I am sure that there are some that I've missed...but you get the picture.

Each of these nations went forth to conquer under the illusion of liberating...but in the end were conquered by God the Father Almighty because they thought they had been raised for their liberating conquest because of some righteousness on their part...the national pride that made them believe that they were somehow deserving of the spoils of any victory...not knowing that they were only God's instrument to defeat the empires that went before them.

Each chastised nation then fell to their own pride and yet , each empire that arose after them as God's instruments fell to the same deceit. This nation, America, has now fallen to the same error. What started with Godly intentions, will end in its defeat.

The average age of the world's greatest civilizations has been two hundred years. These nations have progressed through this sequence:

From bondage to spiritual faith;

from spiritual faith to great courage;

from courage to liberty;

from liberty to abundance;

from abundance to selfishness;

from selfishness to complacency;

from complaceny to apathy;

from apathy to dependence;

from dependency back again into bondage.Sir Alex Fraser Tyler: (1742-1813) Scottish jurist and historian

The scarlet thread is already growing up from the soil, truth in the way of life is encircling the one strand that is exalting itself over all others in human civilization. It is but for men to take hold upon it.

How long, O Lord must man still not learn from Thee...how long, O Lord, before He understands? How long before Your justice is vindicated?

Each of the man-Gods that ruled these empires tried to establish their own way, their own wisdom, and their own set of principles, rules, and laws…to establish their own wisdom and prudence apart from Godliness...and yet, invoking God in their wars. Each attempted to impose them on the rest of the nations they brought under their influence, drawing off of the empires that fell before them in an effort to improve on their errors, thinking that they were somehow different, more righteous, more blessed because of some victory only handed to them by God for the purpose of testing and to prove His truth and power about man and his system of governance.

"All these are the beginning of sorrows." Matthew 24: 8

he has been here.

If we do not embrace fully what God intends us to be apart from the world...it will be this world that we will become bound to and enslaved in...the choice is ours alone.

From the very beginning The Almighty God raised up nations to demonstrate His power before His people in hopes that they would follow His ways. Starting with Egypt God said to Pharoah, "But indeed for this purpose I have raised you up, that I may show My power in you, and that my name (character) may be declared in all the earth.
And yet you exalt yourself against My people in that you will not let them go. "

God's power is in His truth, that He is almighty over all. That His government is not one of anxious fear, caused by lies, it is not one of oppression, or violence or corruption, but one of reaping what you sow. If you sow lies that control by fear, if you use oppression, or violence, or corruption, then you will surely be destroyed by these. When I saw you, I speak as to a nation. For it is these that bring upon a nation the very plagues that destroy it. The very things they used against other nations will be used against them and twofold...because they will now see what their condemnation will be...and shall be very afraid.

Each empire-nation saw themselves as invincible, above the law, and beyond reproach. In the end the prudent and wise men who ruled these empires and those who became their followers saw that what started with good intentions on their part, ended in their ruin, as well as the decay and ruin of their empires which were gained on the backs of the people.

No conquering nation that came after them saw themselves as being brought up for the purpose of showing the Almighty's strength over them. They fell to the deceit of Satan every time...that it was because of their own righteousness when they were not righteous. And while God allowed this in order to skim off the dross from the gold He was refining...many refused to believe it. God's people saw this truth and seperated themselves from the deceit...they accepted the reason for their chastisement, repented of their deeds, forsook their ways, and returned to God in belief that He (His character) was their salvation.

What had brought about this ruin is the national pride that comes through conquest, the self-righteousness that comes through domination, the corruption that comes through wealth, and the violence that is necessary to hold onto it in order maintain the empire. It hardened the heart of a nation, while at the same time it weakened their spirit. All of these are in opposition to God Almighty's principles of righteousness towards self-sacrificing love. Towards this, God gives to us a spirit that is strong, and a heart that is soft, and for which there are no laws against.

The rulers of these empires exhibited an outward image of high moral values in order to fool the people...they used this to lord over their nation and empire...(this is God's way of sending strong dillusion to those who did not love the truth)...while all the while they plotted and schemed ways to grab more for themselves. The administrators of these empires did all they could to hold onto the power that they received. They refused to give up the power they enjoyed when in the course of human events, they began to abuse it, thinking they were like God, passing judgment, taking vengence, creating the world, and possesing the lives of men.

Their own pride refused through the use of lies and deceit to hand over their kingdoms to God and so they were destroyed at the expense of the people whom they claimed for themselves...and who supported them through either their actions...or their silence. Those who defended the honor and pride of these men went down to perdition alongside them...as did those who remained silent in the face of evil...those whose duty it was to administrate government.

The way that future generations view them is how they will spend eternity...despite any rewriting of their history by man in order to show differently...they will have become a curse to their own people who go down with them, or who remianed silent in the face of it...and will remain so for eternity because their followers and silent ones and those who administer government, will be right alongside them wailing and gnashing their teeth day and night as will the adversay...Satan,the devil himself. They will see clearly what they rejected and that will be their torment.

These will never be able to forget the sins they commited , both against The Almighty and His people....for all who have supported him, through actions or silence, have become that curse too...eternal condemnation will be their reward on the day that they die...unless they repent, and forsake their ways first, and believe that it is God who makes us and not we ourselves.

"All these are the beginning of sorrow." Matthew 24: 8

he has been here.

What you have done for the least of these, My bretheren, you have also done unto Me.And what you have not done for the least of these, My bretheren, you have likewise not done unto Me.

What you sow, so shall you reep. Believe that.

What will history say of this generation? Its leadership? Will we be viewed as a wicked generation who only sought after our own? Or will we be called a blessed generation for speaking out against the wickedness of the world, not in condemnation, but in hope that it will change.

“Has not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?” I Corinthians 1: 20
For it is written,“I will destroy the wisdom of the wise and bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.”

There is and always was…only One answer, One way; and rather than freely receive what we have been freely given, but at a heavy price to be paid by the Giver, in order that we might set an example before the world and reflect that light...that truth…many have fallen, like the rest of the nations through history, to the devices and desires of their own hearts... their own ideas of govenments by self-righteous deception for their own gain.

All mankind receives the government that they deserve, reaping what they sow. If truth is sown, a government of truth will be reaped. If lies are sown, a government of lies. And any religious organization that supports this goverment either outwardly, or by silently withholding the truth from its people, is false.

And though you may confess these things during your solemn services…you have not forsaken them, which is what true repentance brings. "A good man out of the good treasure of his heart ( Godly truth) brings forth good; and an evil man (one who speaks lies, which is the ) treasure of his heart, brings forth evil. For out of the abundance of a man's heart, the mouth speaks." Luke 6:45

Is it your desire to sit at the right hand of God…a place that is already occupied…and a place that every man, woman and child desires to be at the expense of his/her neighbor, exalting self so that others might see...to show you are righteous, knowing in your heart that you are not?

From the head, to the very soul of our nation the manifestation of Satan has taken hold...and is evidenced in the silence that you keep...a silence that comes from doubt and fear. Who has bewitched you to do this, who has cast this spell upon you? I am afraid for you.

Yet, as it is written:

Those who exalt themselves will be humbled.

Prepare yourself then, for the humbling of a nation...those who have exalted this nation and those who have tried to humble other nations under the lie of protecting national intersts...as though they are more deserving of The Almighty's abundance and what the world may consider to be blessing...and those who by their silence have supported it and lived luxuriously in it. This will come upon you as a curse...as a theif in the night takes from you what you thought was yours to own.

For the Kingdom of God is now at hand, and now is here ! It is but for you and I to reach out to it and receive it...to let it encircle its truth around that which exalts itself, and then to become what we cannot be in and of ourselves.

If you do not recognize or receive it, then you are lost. If you do not see it then you are blind. If you do not hear it then you are deaf. History testifies of it, nature reveals it and The Word of God speaks it. So shall it be. It is a perpetual promise that reaps what was sown to all generations.

So now, I look for the brightness of the glory of the coming of the Lord.
Mine eyes have seen it.
I pray for the coming of the tribulation which will usher in either condemnation to the world for those who refused to believe the truth...or rest for those who do.
It will be the darkness that light shall shine from, that all might see the same glory in the end, so that all might see salvation and Who our Savior is. All shall bow down, from the head down to the very soul of every nation. Amen!
